These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the STS Travel website, contact our team, or request assistance with flights, hotels, car rentals, transfers, or other travel services.

Travel Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, travel dates, destinations, passport details where required, contact details, and any special requirements. STS Travel is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Availability and Pricing

Flight fares, hotel rates, car rental pricing, taxes, fees, and availability may change until a booking is confirmed. Quotes are subject to supplier availability and may be updated based on airline, hotel, rental company, or travel partner rules.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required details, payment, and supplier confirmation are completed. Customers should review all booking details carefully, including names, travel dates, routes, hotel dates, vehicle type, and cancellation rules.

Cancellations and Changes

Changes, cancellations, refunds, credits, and rebooking options depend on the rules of the airline, hotel, car rental provider, or travel supplier. Additional charges, fare differences, penalties, or service fees may apply.

Travel Documents

Customers are responsible for valid passports, visas, identification, health documents, travel authorizations, and compliance with destination requirements. STS Travel may provide general guidance, but final responsibility for travel documents remains with the traveler.

Third-Party Services

Flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services are provided by third-party suppliers. STS Travel helps arrange or support bookings, but supplier terms, schedules, policies, service quality, and operational changes are controlled by those providers.

Limitation of Liability

STS Travel is not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, supplier changes, weather, government restrictions, documentation problems, or other events outside our control. We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when travel issues occur.
